Isha Arora is a seasoned compliance professional with multiple years of experience in various stages of Life Sciences organizational growth, compliance program development, transparency data reporting, and operational management. Her approach focuses on the enhancement and maintenance of an effective compliance program through strategic thinking and technology integration.

Isha’s monitoring expertise ranges from performing high volume audit/record reviews, to live monitoring of promotional and non-promotional activities. She has helped clients develop processes and documentation for effective internal monitoring, in particular helping retain the culture of compliance. In her previous roles, Isha served as a member of several internal committees including Grants Review, Clinical Data, Transparency Reporting, Internal Audit and Samples Management.

Isha is a Life Sciences Industry speaker, focused on helping counterparts in the space utilize a data focused mindset to more efficiently and effectively build out their Compliance Programs.
